As part of a redesign of the Ford Careers website, I developed motion graphics for a video featured on the homepage - one of the most visible touchpoints for prospective candidates. The goal was to support Ford’s employer brand with dynamic, on-brand visuals that enhanced the candidate experience.
The goal of this project was to create brand-aligned motion graphics that supported the redesigned Ford Careers homepage. The work strengthened Ford’s employer brand, encouraged candidate engagement, and maintained consistency with the company’s global visual standards and messaging.
The talent acquisition marketing team adapted the “Ready. Set. Ford.” campaign to a careers-centric "Ready. Set. Apply." slogan. My role was to bring this message to life through motion design that felt authentic to the brand and relevant to a recruitment audience.
Working closely with the talent acquisition marketing team, I ensured the motion graphics adhered to Ford’s global brand standards. Typography, color, pacing, and composition were all thoughtfully designed to reflect Ford’s legacy of innovation while complementing the video’s narrative. The animations added energy and clarity without distracting from the core message.
Featured on Ford’s high-visibility careers homepage, the video enhanced the candidate experience while aligning recruitment messaging with Ford’s global brand identity. The project delivered a cohesive narrative that strengthened Ford’s employer brand and supported its talent acquisition goals.
The motion graphics were created using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, with final deliverables optimized for web performance to ensure smooth playback across devices and platforms.
