To support the launch of Strategic Clarity: The Practical Method for Transforming Vision Into Results, I partnered with Kyle J. Harkema to produce a comprehensive video series based on his keynote presentation at the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.
I coordinated and facilitated the production of the live event, managed a two-camera shoot using Canon C300 Mark II cinema cameras, and edited a series of 15 videos for publication on YouTube. The project included full multicamera editing, audio synchronization, color correction, and the creation of custom motion graphics to enhance highlight videos and promotional content.
In addition to documenting the presentation, the goal was to transform a single speaking engagement into a library of polished digital assets that could support book promotion, thought leadership, and ongoing audience engagement.
Responsibilities
Coordinated on-site video production at the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, captured footage using two Canon C300 Mark II cinema cameras, edited 15 multi-camera videos for YouTube distribution, synced and mixed audio, sourced b-roll footage to enhance two promotional videos, animated custom motion graphics, optimized content for online publishing and audience engagement.

Outcome
The final deliverables provided Kyle J. Harkema with a professional video content library to support the launch of Strategic Clarity and extend his reach across YouTube and other digital channels. By repurposing a single keynote presentation into 15 polished videos and promotional assets, the project created a scalable content platform that continues to support his thought leadership and marketing efforts.
